Can we get photographs in color?
These will be exclusively in black and white.

What can I expect after our shoot date?

It will take me about 1.5 to 2 weeks to edit everyone's photos.

Once I am done, I will upload your photos in a private online gallery that you will receive via email.
You will see a slideshow with all of your edited watermarked photos.
You will have the choice to stick to COLLECTION I and download 5 images with no print credit or upgrade to another collection.
Please remember that I will not be selling images a la carte so the only way to get more images is to choose a different collection.

While everything that I offer in my store is printed in professional labs and guaranteed to be beautiful, I also recognize that you may want to print your images yourself, and thanks to those digital files, you absolutely can! Just be sure to upload the original files you downloaded, not copies. The files you receive from me should allow you to print up to 20x30" at minimum. 
For quality prints (y'all paid $$$ for these so please don't settle for terrible prints), please try and use professional quality printing services instead of going to places like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, etc. If you need some ideas of where to go to print your photos, please let me know.

Payment is required to reserve your session date and time. Because I am turning away other clients in order to serve you on your date, the session fee is non-refundable. I do appreciate your understanding.

What should we wear?
Anything you want to :) But if you want the best results, simple is always best! Try to avoid overly busy outfits, shirts with logos/characters/etc, and too much jewelry. If you have lighter skin, consider wearing a darker color. If you have darker skin, consider wearing a lighter color.

How long is a session?
Kids-Only = 10 minutes long.

Family = 20 minutes long.

How many kids can be in Kids-Only B&W Personality Portrait?
2 max. I recommend you book a Family B&W personality portrait event if you have more than 2 children.

How many family members can join in on a Family B&W Personality Portrait?
I can only accommodate up to 5 people with the size of my backdrop. If you have a larger family, I recommend you book two personality portrait sessions back-to-back.

What if one of us has a bug bite/scratch etc. Do you retouch the images?
Unlike my other sessions, for these specific hi-key studio portraits I do not fully retouch. These photos are meant to capture your family in all your messy beauty. However, if you do want me to clean up the photo/skin, I offer a retouch add-on service for $15 per image. It is up to the family members to opt in to this service.

What if someone is sick or an emergency comes up? Is there a make up date?
In case of illness or family emergency, your session may be rescheduled to a future personality portrait event. If that make up date is missed, you may use your session fee for a family session with Noelle Westcott Photography. If it is not used within 12 months the fee is forfeited.

If the photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to fire or other casualty, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond control of the parties, or due to a grave illness of the Photographer, and if the Photographer is unable to provide another photographer that is agreeable to the client, then all fees paid by the client will be returned in full.
